Recruiter / Staffing Coordinator – Edina, Monticello, Fridley, Rogers, and St. Paul, MN 

Twin City Staffing is actively seeking a dynamic Recruiter / Staffing Coordinator to join our expanding team in Chaska, MN.

Duties of the recruiter/ staffing coordinator: 

  • Interview and screen job applicants
  • Source, recruit, and screen candidates for client companies
  • Use staffing software to manage information and fill orders efficiently
  • Utilize job boards and the internet to find candidates
  • Assist temporary employees with questions and issues
  • Counsel temporary employees on interviewing professionally
  • Supervise and manage temporary employee performance
  • Administer pre-assignment requirements to job candidates
  • Ensure I-9 compliance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • At least two years of staffing experience

Business Development/ Outside Sales

Location: South Metro, MN

Duties of the business development / outside salesperson:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and grow customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay updated on industry trends
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Understand client needs and tailor staffing solutions to meet their requirements
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are met

Requirements of the business development / outside salesperson:

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the staffing industry
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Availability to clients outside of regular business hours as needed
  • Able to travel, typically within a two-hour radius of the office, often completed within the same day
